The R.E.D. team is a woman-owned small business operated by Sue Crum. The services offered are Decorating and Redesign, Real Estate Home Staging, and Professional Organizing.

Sue has decorated and staged homes for over 10 years. She is accredited by ASP - Accredited Staging Professional, a professional organization of real estate stagers. She has successfully completed numerous courses in interior design, art, interior decorating, organizational leadership, psychology and professional organizing.
Sue is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (www.napo.net) and is an active member of the San Diego Chapter of NAPO (www.naposandiego.com)
Her interest in homes and the way we live expanded nine years ago when she moved to San Diego County. Faced with downsizing or as Ciji Ware calls it “rightsizing”, Sue came to the reality that you can’t take it all with you. Many baby boomers are facing these similar decisions and others who are not baby boomers as well.
